You will also find information on orders and returns, your privacy and your security. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the site. By accessing the site and/or placing an order, you indicate your agreement to be bound by these conditions and you consent to us using your information in accordance with our privacy policy. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the site.
You must be aged 18 or over to purchase goods from this site. If you are under 18, you may only use the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Your use of and registration on the site is void where prohibited.
These terms and conditions cannot be varied except by changes made by Lady Rocks on the site that may be made from time to time. Any changes will take effect from the date published at the bottom of this page. It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions every time you use the site and continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any changes to the terms and conditions.
How to Order
The jewellery on the site is categorised to make browsing easy and quick.
All goods are shown in GB Pounds Sterling.
When you have found the goods you wish to purchase, make the appropriate selections from the drop down menus available for that item such as colour, size etc. Read the product description carefully and check the price for options required. Then follow the simple onscreen instructions taking you through the process of placing an order. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the item(s) that have ordered. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
The advertising of products on this site is an ‘invitation to treat’. That means that your order is an offer and no contract for sale is formed between you and Lady Rocks until you receive the confirmation email. Orders shall be accepted at our sole discretion but are normally accepted once credit card authorisation has been confirmed, the order reflects current pricing and stock levels have been checked. Once we accept your order, you shall pay the price for the goods plus delivery and any other costs specified on the order page and we shall charge your account for payment. We suggest that you keep your confirmation email for your records.
In exceptional circumstances, if we are unable to fulfil an order that we have accepted, your credit card will be re-credited with the original purchase price and we will notify you by email. In no circumstances will we be liable to you for any additional amounts.
You will only own the goods you purchase once they have been successfully delivered and when we have received cleared payment for them in full. Until that time, we will retain title to the goods. Goods supplied are not for resale.

Delivery
Goods will be sent via Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery within mainland UK. All deliveries to non-UK addresses will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed For Service or Airsure with delivery included in the price. A signature is required for proof of delivery.
This ‘signed for’ service includes cover for compensation against loss or damage to your goods whilst in transit. In the event of loss, a replacement will be posted out once it has been confirmed that the package has been lost in the post.
Please note that we can only post goods to the cardholder’s address and cannot accept orders under PO Box numbers, military bases, temporary accommodation, work premises or hotels.
Once we have received credit card authorisation, we will usually post the goods within 2-3 working days. Delivery times are not guaranteed but we will do our best to ensure that the goods are delivered within the time frames specified here. All goods will be posted within 30 days. We will provide delivery information from the date of processing your order for all goods made to order.
Cancellations and Exchanges
If you find you have made a mistake and wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by email or in writing. Since we aim to despatch the goods quickly, it may not be possible to stop your order and so please follow the instructions for making returns in those circumstances. Those instructions will also apply for make exchanges.
Making Returns
You may return goods within 15 days from receipt of the goods. You are responsible for the postage costs when returning any goods to us and for your protection, we recommend that you use Royal Mail Special Delivery to obtain proof of postage and ensure the goods are insured against loss. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.
Customers posting from countries other than the UK will need to consider customs charges for posting to the UK as we will not be held liable for those costs and will refuse to collect items from the sorting office if a fee is required to be paid by us in this connection.
If you wish to return items of jewellery, it is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the jewellery whilst it is in your possession. Jewellery must be returned in its original Lady Rocks packaging and must be brand new and unworn. A full refund for UK customers will be credited to your credit card account within 30 days.
Wilful, malicious damage or negligence will void any rights you have to take advantage of our refund and exchange policies.
Please note that all our silver jewellery is made from 925 sterling silver, which is the UK standard. Over time, silver will tarnish. This is a natural process and so returns for tarnishing will not be accepted.
Unacceptable Returns
Unless you have statutory rights to reject the goods, items made to your specification such as rings made to a specific size or personalised goods are non returnable. This also applies to earrings, for hygiene reasons.
If you return goods to us that are outside of our returns policy and your statutory rights do not apply, we will not refund you. We will return the goods to you at your expense. If the goods are returned to us again or you refuse to accept delivery, this will be deemed to be an irreversible transaction for us to dispose of the goods as we see fit without further notice.
Defective and Damaged Goods
If you receive an item from us that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can help you resolve the issue by delivering another item, replacing your order or refunding the amount paid.
Privacy Policy
Any personal data gathered by us from your use of the site will be recorded electronically and only used in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998. We will use your email address as a convenient way to contact you about your order and we may update you from time to time on site or stock news but not if you have requested us not to do this.
Prohibitions
You will not commit or encourage a criminal offence; send or receive any material which is in any way offensive or obscene or in breach of confidence, copyright, privacy or any other rights; act contrary to the acceptable use policies of any linked sites or community standards generally; transmit or distribute a virus; hack into any aspect of the site; corrupt data; cause annoyance to other users; infringe upon the rights of any other person’s trade marks or other proprietary rights; send any unsolicited advertising or other promotional material commonly known as ‘spam’ or attempt to affect the performance or functionality of any computer facilities of or accessed through this site.

The intellectual property rights in all software made available and content supplied to you remains the property of Lady Rocks, its licensors, advertisers or content suppliers. You will comply with the terms of any agreement required by the owner of intellectual property rights in all software and content supplied to you as notified to you and you hereby acknowledge that all software that is not made readily available to you is confidential and that all other rights including but not limited to database rights and copyright are asserted and reserved by Lady Rocks, its licensors, advertisers or content suppliers. You may store, manipulate, analyse, reformat, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use, non-commercial use. Under no circumstances are you permitted to publish, distribute or otherwise reproduce in any format any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you or which appears on this site and you are prohibited from using any such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise including without limitation any media business or enterprise. You shall not modify, translate, reverse, engineer, decompile, disassemble (except to the extent that applicable laws expressly or impliedly prohibit such restriction) or create derivative works based on any software or any documentation accompanying such software supplied by Lady Rocks, its licensors, advertisers or content suppliers.
Disclaimer of Warranties
We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove without notice any information on this site from time to time. We will endeavour to ensure that all descriptions and illustrations of the goods on the site are accurate but we cannot guarantee that errors will not occur. We will contact you on discovery of an error affecting your order and give you the option of reconfirming or cancelling the order.
Images may not show actual sizes of goods. All sizes, weights and measurements are approximate and are included for guidance only.
Lady Rocks disclaims and excludes all representations and warranties (express, implied and statutory, including but without limitation the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement of proprietary rights) as to the services and all information, products and content included in and accessible from this site or linked sites.
Disclaimer of Liability

Submissions
All information and material submitted by you to Lady Rocks that you publish on any public area of this site shall be provided by the submitter and accepted by Lady Rocks on a non-confidential basis subject to our privacy policy.
